It also makes the visit easier to plan. You send the list once, we confirm which block fits, and the work happens in one trip instead of a string of small appointments. For retirees, snowbirds, landlords, and anyone juggling a property from a distance, one scheduled visit with a known price is usually the whole point.
Which block do you need?
Choose the half day when the list is a handful of items: a door that sticks, a few drywall patches, damaged baseboard in one room, touch-up painting, or a short punch list before guests arrive.
Choose the full day when the list runs across several rooms, includes a bigger install, or is a move-in, move-out, or property-turn list that needs to be cleared in one go.

Plumbing-only jobs, ceiling fan installs, and furniture assembly are not part of our handyman service. Any regulated work, such as electrical, plumbing, or structural items, needs the appropriate responsible contractor and documentation identified before it is included in a scope. If something on your list falls into that category, we'll say so up front instead of finding out on the day.
How a block works
- Send the list. Put every item in one request, by room, with must-do items separated from nice-to-haves.
- We confirm the fit. We review the photos and tell you whether the list fits a half day or a full day, and flag anything that needs a separate estimate.
- Materials are settled first. We talk through parts and materials before the visit so nothing is guessed at on the day.
- One visit, then a walkthrough. The crew works the list in priority order, and you walk the finished items with us before we leave.
