Citrus County work
Home remodeling and finish work in Beverly Hills, Florida.
iFIXED helps with practical updates that need to look right and hold up: floors, finish work, doors, trim, decks, and renovations.

Start with the condition, not just the product
The right floor, door, or finish depends on the opening, the surrounding surfaces, the access, and the way the space is used. iFIXED talks through those constraints before treating the project as a shopping list.
Connect flooring, doors, and trim before choosing finishes
For a room update, list the surfaces you want to keep alongside the ones you plan to replace. New flooring can affect door clearance, transitions, and baseboards. Share photos of adjoining rooms so the scope accounts for how those edges meet.
The flooring installation guide explains preparation and transitions. Review door and trim work for openings and surrounding details. If your changes extend into the kitchen or bathroom, use the home remodeling guide to plan the connected work.
Prepare a request we can assess
- Include approximate room dimensions and the existing floor material.
- Show any door that rubs, damaged trim, or uneven transition.
- Tell us which rooms must remain usable and where furniture can move.
For examples of the details involved, explore the flooring replacement record and door installation record in our project library.
Good first step: send the city, a wide view, a close-up, and the outcome you want.
Local conditions
Building in Beverly Hills: what changes here
Who issues the permit. Beverly Hills is unincorporated — permits come from the Citrus County Building Division.
Inland, and largely out of the floodplain. The great majority of the community is Zone X, minimal hazard, with a small share in Special Flood Hazard Area. Flood elevation rarely drives a project here.
The oldest housing stock in the area, and it shows. Median build year is around 1980, and roughly two-thirds of every home in Beverly Hills went up in the 1970s or 1980s. Almost all of it is single-family detached. Practically, that is the age where original systems and finishes are all reaching end of life at once: flooring over slab that has moved, hollow-core doors and casing that no longer match anything sold today, kitchens with cabinet boxes that are not worth refacing.
It is also the age where scope creep is real — pulling flooring reveals a threshold problem, which reveals a door problem. We would rather scope those connections together than price them one at a time. Start with flooring and finishes, doors and trim, or handyman repairs and punch lists if the list is short.
iFIXED crews work Beverly Hills from our base in Citrus Springs. Send the property address with your request so we can confirm scheduling for your location.
Permitting, flood and wind details above are drawn from the issuing authority, FEMA’s National Flood Hazard Layer and Census American Community Survey 5-year estimates. Requirements are set per parcel by the authority having jurisdiction — confirm your address with them before relying on any of it.
