Good questions make better projects.

Here are the questions that usually matter before an estimate. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

What kind of contractor is iFIXED Remodeling and Flooring?

iFIXED is a veteran-owned, owner-operated Florida construction and remodeling company based in Citrus Springs. The company focuses on flooring, painting and finishes, doors and trim, decks and outdoor improvements, and connected renovations.

Where does iFIXED Remodeling and Flooring work?

iFIXED serves Citrus Springs and Citrus County first, including Inverness, Crystal River, Beverly Hills, and Homosassa. Selected projects extend into nearby Marion, Sumter, Hernando, and Levy counties. Tampa is handled through a separately staffed service area.

What projects are the best fit for iFIXED?

The strongest fit is flooring, interior or exterior painting, baseboards and trim, interior or exterior doors, small carpentry, decks, and connected kitchen, bathroom, or room updates. Send the complete scope because several small items may be better handled as one project.

What license and insurance information should I request?

Ask iFIXED for the responsible contractor for your scope, applicable license details, and current insurance documentation before signing. Verify the named contractor and qualified business in Florida DBPR for work that requires a license.

How does an iFIXED estimate start?

Send the project type, city, address, a plain description of the result you want, approximate dimensions, and wide photos of the full space. iFIXED reviews access, materials, sequence, protection, cleanup, permits, and any missing decisions before giving a reliable next step.

What affects the price of flooring, painting, doors, or trim?

Price depends on measurements, demolition and preparation, existing damage, material selections, transitions and finish details, occupied-space protection, access, disposal, permits when required, and the number of return trips. A close-up photo alone is not enough for a reliable price.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on the confirmed scope, material availability, site access, hidden conditions, and whether permits or inspections apply. iFIXED discusses the work sequence before the start date instead of promising a schedule from one photo.

Can I provide my own materials?

Yes, when the materials are appropriate for the scope. Share the exact product, quantity, delivery status, installation instructions, and return or warranty terms so the estimate can separate customer-supplied materials from iFIXED-supplied items.

Can iFIXED help with permits?

Permit requirements depend on the work and the property location. iFIXED will identify what needs to be confirmed and include permit or inspection responsibilities in the project plan when applicable.

Does iFIXED clean up after the work?

Yes. Protection and cleanup are part of the scope conversation. The plan should identify what must be protected, where debris goes, how occupied areas stay usable, and what a clean final walkthrough requires.

Does iFIXED offer a warranty?

Warranty coverage depends on the work, materials, manufacturer terms, and whether materials were supplied by iFIXED or the customer. The applicable coverage should be stated in the written estimate before work begins.

Does iFIXED work with businesses or government buyers?

Yes. iFIXED serves homes and businesses and maintains a federal contracting profile with SBA-certified SDVOSB status and a renewed SAM.gov registration. The credentials page lists the public identifiers and verification sources.
